"Pretty good for the price"
I’ve used Ebus a few times now, it’s been good, good. The prices are fair, and the buses have been mostly on time for me. It’s not perfect or anything, but for what you pay, I’d say it’s definitely worth it.

"Refund came through, but I had to wait on it"
I had to cancel my ticket and request a refund through myebus.ca. Of course it wasn’t instant, so I was stuck checking my email for updates for a few days and wondering if I’d have to chase it down. To be fair, the money did come back like they said it would, and support was helpful enough, even if they weren’t exactly quick. I’m giving 4 stars because the refund process did work in the end, but it would’ve been nice if it didn’t feel like I had to sit around waiting and worrying about it

I’ve been happy with myebus.ca so far. When I needed to plan a trip, I was able to find a bus that actually fit my schedule without jumping between a bunch of different sites. The times aren’t perfect every single time, but they’ve been decent and totally workable for me.

"Cancellation worked out, I guess"
I ended up having to cancel my trip, and it did get taken care of eventually. I’m not sure if I missed something or if the instructions just weren’t super clear, but I found the info a little confusing at first. It also took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I think it would be a lot better if the cancellation steps were spelled out more clearly

Overall, it was a good trip. The seats were comfortable, the outlets worked without any issues, and the Wi-Fi was fine for basic browsing. The bus was also clean enough, so I was satisfied with the ride

"Honestly, my suitcase was totally fine"
I was a little nervous at first because my suitcase is big, and I immediately thought, “Please don’t let this get scratched.” But the driver helped load it up, and after the trip it was right there waiting for me. No scratches, no issues at all. Good service.

I used the wifi for most of the trip and it didn’t drop once, not once. i was surprised in a good way. Happy with it overall.

"Bus was right on time"
I took myebus.ca last week and, the main thing I remember is that the bus showed up exactly when it said it would. I’ve already forgotten most of the little details from the trip, but I definitely remember being surprised there wasn’t some random delay like I usually expect with bus rides.

Getting to my stop was easy and we arrived pretty much on schedule too. Since I had someone waiting to pick me up, that made a big difference. Not much else really stuck in my mind, which is kind of the point, it was smooth, simple, and I’d use it again

"Nice communication, all the way through"
They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone for answers, and that makes a big difference. Also, everything felt smooth overall. I’d get a message, know what was going on, and then just carry on with my day. Simple, but it worked well.

"The schedule actually worked with my day"
I used Ebus mainly because the departure times worked better for me than the other options I checked. There were enough choices that I didn’t have to leave way too early or sit around waiting forever. Booking was easy too. there’s not much else to say, the schedule just fit my day, and that made the whole trip a lot less annoying.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had to change my bus ticket at the last minute and wasn’t sure if that was even something they could do.

Someone from myebus.ca got back to me quickly and explained it in a way that actually made sense. They were super patient too, even when I asked the same thing twice because I wasn’t fully getting it lol.
In the end, it all got sorted out and my trip went totally fine. It made the whole situation way less stressful, so I’d definitely use them again.
